Enforcement Decree of the Child Welfare Act, Article 44 (Entrustment of the Operation of Child Protection Agencies)

① 법 제45조제4항에 따라 아동보호전문기관의 운영을 위탁받으려는 자는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 지정을 신청해야 한다. <개정 2019.7.16>

② 제1항에 따라 지정을 신청하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖추어야 한다. <개정 2018.3.6, 2022.6.21>

1. 3년 이상 아동복지 업무를 수행한 실적이 있을 것. 다만, 국가나 지방자치단체가 사회복지사업을 목적으로 설립한 법인의 경우는 제외한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 아동보호전문기관의 운영을 위탁하는 경우에는 관할 구역 내의 아동 수, 이미 지정받은 법인의 소재지 및 그 법인과의 지리적 거리 등을 고려해야 한다. <개정 2019.7.16>
