아동복지법 시행령 제50조의2(폐업ㆍ휴업 시의 조치)

① 아동복지시설의 장은 법 제51조제2항에 따라 아동복지시설을 폐업 또는 휴업하려는 경우에는 해당 아동복지시설을 이용하는 아동 및 그 보호자(보호자가 있는 경우에 한정한다)에게 해당 아동을 다른 아동복지시설로 옮기는 조치(이하 "전원조치"라 한다)의 필요성 및 계획 등에 관하여 충분한 사전 설명을 하여야 한다.

② 아동복지시설의 장은 제1항에 따른 사전 설명을 한 후 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 해당 아동복지시설을 이용하는 아동 및 그 보호자(보호자가 있는 경우에 한정한다)의 의견을 고려한 전원조치를 요청하여야 한다.
