액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 시행규칙 제42조(가스공급자의 의무)

1. 6개월에 1회 이상 가스사용시설의 안전관리에 관한 계도물이나 가스안전 사용 요령이 적힌 가스사용시설 점검표를 작성ㆍ배포할 것

2. 수요자(가스공급자의 사업장에서 용기내장형 가스난방기용 충전용기에 충전된 액화석유가스를 직접 구입하는 자와 내용적 15리터 이하의 용기에 충전된 액화석유가스를 사용하는 자는 제외한다)의 가스사용시설(용기가스소비자의 경우에는 소비설비만을 말한다)에 처음으로 액화석유가스를 공급할 때와 그 이후 다음 각 목의 시기에 안전점검을 실시할 것. 다만, 자동차연료용으로 액화석유가스를 사용하는 가스사용시설에 대해서는 수요자가 요청할 때마다 안전점검을 실시해야 한다.

3. 가스보일러 및 가스온수기가 설치(교체 설치를 포함한다)된 후 액화석유가스를 처음 공급하는 경우에는 가스보일러 및 가스온수기의 시공내용을 확인하고 배관과의 연결부에서 가스가 누출되지 아니하는지를 확인할 것

2. 용기가스소비자의 시설: 별지 제27호서식의 소비설비 안전점검표. 이 경우 별지 제28호서식의 소비설비 안전점검 총괄표를 작성하여 해당 월에 작성한 그 사본을 수요자가 살고 있는 지역의 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 다음 달 10일까지 제출(컴퓨터 등 정보처리능력을 가진 장치를 이용하여 제출하는 경우를 포함한다)해야 한다.
