Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 22 (Revocation of Permission for Export and Import of Wildlife, etc.)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제21조제1항에 따라 야생생물의 수출ㆍ수입ㆍ반출 또는 반입 허가를 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 허가를 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 허가를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.24>
