야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(멸종위기종관리계약의 체결 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관, 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장(이하 이 조에서 "해당관서의 장"이라 한다)은 법 제32조제1항에 따라 멸종위기종관리계약을 체결하려면 계약의 주요 내용, 대상 지역, 계약 기간 등 필요한 사항을 대상 지역을 관할하는 지방자치단체의 공보에 공고하고, 해당 지역을 관할하는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 게시판에 15일 이상 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 법 제32조제1항에 따라 멸종위기종관리계약을 체결하려는 토지ㆍ수면의 소유자ㆍ점유자 또는 관리인(이하 이 조에서 "청약자"라 한다)은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 청약 관련 서류를 해당관서의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 해당관서의 장은 제2항에 따라 청약 관련 서류를 받은 경우에는 계약 내용 및 보상액의 산정방법ㆍ지급시기 등 필요한 사항을 청약자와 협의하여 조정할 수 있다.

④ 해당관서의 장은 멸종위기종관리계약을 유지할 수 없거나 그 계약이 불필요하게 되어 계약을 해지하려는 경우에는 사전에 계약당사자와 협의하여야 한다.

⑤ 기후에너지환경부장관은 계약 내용의 보고, 그 밖에 멸종위기종관리계약의 운용에 필요한 세부 사항을 정하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
