Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Article 69-3 (Reporting of Agreements)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 합의가 있는 경우 합의의 당사자는 합의가 있은 날부터 15일 이내에 합의 당사자, 합의 내용, 합의 시기 등 총리령으로 정하는 사항을 식품의약품안전처장 및 공정거래위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

1. 등재의약품의 품목허가 또는 변경허가를 받은 자 또는 등재특허권자등과 통지의약품에 대한 품목허가 또는 변경허가 신청을 한 자 간의 해당 의약품의 제조 또는 판매에 관한 합의
