여신전문금융업법 제25조(공탁)

① 금융위원회는 선불카드를 발행한 신용카드업자에게 선불카드 발행총액의 100분의 10의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 금액을 공탁할 것을 명할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 공탁은 선불카드를 발행한 신용카드업자의 본점 또는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 deposit더파짓 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 made메이드 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 head헤드 office오^f피스 or오 principal프^r린서플 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 credit크^r레딧 card카드 company컴퍼니 that^ð댓 issued이슈드 the^ð더 prepaid프^r리페이드 cards.카즈

③ 제1항에 따른 공탁명령을 받은 자가 이를 이행한 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 금융위원회에 신고하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따라 공탁을 한 신용카드업자는 금융위원회의 승인을 받아 공탁물을 반환받을 수 있다.

(4) A어 credit크^r레딧 card카드 company컴퍼니 that^ð댓 has해즈 made메이드 a어 deposit더파짓 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) may메이 have해^v브 the^ð더 deposited더파지티드 property프^r라퍼티 returned^r리턴드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission.커미션

⑤ 제1항에 따른 공탁물의 종류, 공탁의 시기, 그 밖에 공탁에 관하여 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정한다.
