Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 19-3 (Designation, etc. of Demonstration Exemptions)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제16조의2제3항 또는 같은 조 제7항에 따라 실증특례를 지정하거나 지정을 거부하는 경우 그 사항을 연구개발특구위원회 또는 전문위원회에서 심의ㆍ의결한 날부터 7일 이내에 실증특례 신청인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2023.9.19, 2025.4.15>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제16조의2제3항 또는 같은 조 제7항에 따라 실증특례를 지정한 경우에는 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 실증특례 지정서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여 실증특례 신청인에게 발급하고, 그 사실을 관보 또는 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다. <개정 2023.9.19, 2025.4.15>
