연근해어업의 구조개선 및 지원에 관한 법률 제9조(감척 대상 어업의 자율신청)

① 제8조에 따라 고지를 받은 어업자단체등은 감척 대상 어업으로 지정을 받으려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 어선ㆍ어구 감척 계획서를 근해어업의 경우에는 해양수산부장관에게, 연안어업ㆍ구획어업 및 정치망어업의 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.3.13, 2022.1.11>

② 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 어선ㆍ어구 감척 계획서를 제출받으면 그 내용의 타당성 등을 검토한 후 감척 대상 어업으로 지정할지를 결정하고, 감척 대상 어업으로 지정하는 경우 그 결과와 어선ㆍ어구 감척 대상자 신청 등에 관한 사항을 해당 어업자단체등에 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.12.2, 2018.3.13>
