영유아보육법 제25조의3(보호자의 어린이집 참관)

① 보호자는 영유아의 보육환경ㆍ보육내용 등 어린이집의 운영실태를 확인하기 위하여 어린이집 원장에게 어린이집 참관을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 어린이집 원장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
