Act on the Employment, etc. of Foreign Workers, Article 11-4 (Revocation, etc. of Designation of Foreigner Employment Training Institutions)

① 고용노동부장관은 외국인 취업교육기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지정취소, 6개월 이내의 업무정지 또는 시정명령을 할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 지정을 받은 경우

② 제1항에 따라 지정이 취소된 외국인 취업교육기관은 지정이 취소된 날부터 1년이 경과하지 아니하면 제11조의3제2항에 따른 외국인 취업교육기관 지정신청을 할 수 없다.

③ 고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 외국인 취업교육기관의 지정을 취소하는 경우에는 청문을 실시하여야 한다.
