우편법 시행규칙 제102조(요금후납 계약의 해지 등)
Enforcement Rule of the Postal Services Act, Article 102 (Termination of Contracts for Postage Paid Later)
①발송우체국장은 요금후납을 하는 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당한 때에는 그 계약을 해지할 수 있다. <개정 2019.2.8>
(1) The postmaster of the post office of dispatch may terminate the contract where a person paying postage later falls under any of the following:
1. 매월 100통이상의 우편물을 발송할 것을 조건으로 우편요금등을 후납하는 자가 발송하는 우편물이 계속하여 2월이상 또는 최근 1년간 4월이상 월 100통에 미달한 때
1. Where the mail items sent by a person paying postage, etc. later on condition of sending 100 or more mail items each month fall short of 100 items per month for two or more consecutive months or for four or more months during the latest one year;
2. 제98조제3항의 규정에 의한 우편요금등의 납부를 최근 1년간 3회이상 태만히 한 때
2. Where the person has neglected to pay postage, etc. under Article 98 (3) three or more times during the latest one year;
3. 제98조의2의 규정에 의한 담보금을 제공하지 않은 때
3. Where the person has not provided the security under Article 98-2.
②요금후납으로 우편물을 발송하는 자가 요금후납 계약을 해지하고자 할 때에는 이를 발송우체국에 통보하여야 한다.
(2) Where a person sending mail items with postage paid later intends to terminate the contract for postage paid later, the person shall notify the post office of dispatch thereof.
③제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 의하여 요금후납 계약을 해지하고자 할 때에는 그 납부하여야 할 우편요금등을 즉시 납부하여야 한다.
(3) When a contract for postage paid later is to be terminated pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2), the postage, etc. payable shall be paid immediately.
