원양산업발전법 제26조의3(원양어선 안전성 개선을 위한 자금조성)

① 정부는 원양어선의 안전성 개선을 위한 노후 어선 대체건조사업 등을 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 매년 필요한 자금을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조성할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 조성한 자금의 관리ㆍ운영에 관한 사항은 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따른다.
