위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제33조(기술개발의 추진 등)

①과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회는 위치정보의 수집, 이용 또는 제공과 관련된 기술 및 기기의 개발을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 관련 연구기관으로 하여금 연구개발, 기술협력, 기술이전 또는 기술지도 등(이하 이 조에서 "연구개발등"이라 한다)의 사업을 하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회는 관계중앙행정기관의 장과 협의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2020.6.9, 2025.10.1>
