Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 12 (Reporting of Suspension or Closure of Location-Based Service Businesses)

① 법 제11조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 위치기반서비스사업의 전부 또는 일부의 휴업 또는 폐업의 신고를 하려는 자는 위치기반서비스사업휴업ㆍ폐업신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2018.10.16, 2022.4.19, 2025.10.1>

② 법 제11조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 위치기반서비스사업의 전부 또는 일부를 휴업하거나 폐업하려는 경우의 휴업 또는 폐업 사실의 통보 및 개인위치정보 등의 파기에 관하여는 제7조제2항 및 제8조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "위치정보 수집사실 확인자료"는 "위치정보 이용ㆍ제공사실 확인자료"로 본다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2015.8.3, 2018.10.16>
