위험물안전관리법 제22조의2(위험물 누출 등의 사고 조사)

① 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 위험물의 누출ㆍ화재ㆍ폭발 등의 사고가 발생한 경우 사고의 원인 및 피해 등을 조사하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따른 조사에 관하여는 제22조제1항ㆍ제3항ㆍ제4항 및 제6항을 준용한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 사고조사위원회의 구성과 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
