유료도로법 시행령 제11조(통행료에 관한 사항의 심의)

①국토교통부장관이 유료도로관리청인 경우에 법 제16조의 규정에 의한 통행료의 결정 및 법 제17조의 규정에 의한 통행료의 수납승인에 관한 사항은 「도로법」 제9조에 따른 도로정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2005.5.7, 2008.2.29, 2008.12.31, 2013.3.23, 2014.7.14>

②지방도로관리청이 유료도로관리청인 경우에 법 제16조의 규정에 의한 통행료의 결정 및 법 제17조의 규정에 의한 통행료의 수납승인에 관한 사항은 지방도로관리청 소속하에 위원장을 포함한 7인 이상 9인 이하의 위원으로 구성되는 통행료심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

③통행료심의위원회의 위원장은 위원중에서 당해 지방도로관리청의 장이 지명하는 자가 되며, 위원은 다음 각호의 자중에서 당해 지방도로관리청의 장이 임명 또는 위촉하는 자가 된다.

④그밖에 통행료심의위원회의 조직 및 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 당해 지방도로관리청인 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
