유료도로법 시행령 제12조(통합채산제)

①유료도로관리권자는 법 제18조의 규정에 의하여 2 이상의 유료도로를 하나의 유료도로로 하여 통행료를 수납하기 위하여 유료도로관리청의 승인을 얻고자 하는 때에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서에 통행료의 통합수납사유서, 연도별 수지예산명세서 등 국토교통부령이 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 당해 유료도로관리청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.7.14>

② 유료도로관리청은 제1항에 따른 신청서를 제출받은 날부터 60일 이내에 유료도로관리권자에게 통합채산제 승인 여부를 통보하여야 한다. <신설 2014.7.14>
