유료도로법 시행령 제6조(유료도로의 신설 또는 개축에 관한 공사의 공고)

유료도로관리청은 법 제7조제1항의 규정에 의하여 유료도로의 신설 또는 개축에 관한 공사를 시행하는 때에는 공사시행 15일전까지 관보 또는 공보에 당해 유료도로의 종류ㆍ노선명 및 공사의 구간ㆍ종류ㆍ개시일 등을 공고하여야 한다.
