유류오염손해배상 보장법 시행규칙 제5조(보장계약 증명서의 발급 수수료)

① 제3조에 따른 보장계약 증명서의 발급ㆍ재발급 또는 제7조에 따른 변경신고에 따른 새로운 보장계약 증명서의 발급을 받으려는 자는 법 제18조제3항에 따라 보장계약 증명서 1장당 2천원의 수수료를 수입인지로 납부해야 한다.
