유아교육법 제15조(특수학교 등)

①특수학교는 신체적ㆍ정신적ㆍ지적 장애 등으로 특수교육이 필요한 유아에게 유치원에 준하는 교육과 실생활에 필요한 지식ㆍ기능 및 사회적응 교육을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2010.3.24>

②국가 및 지방자치단체는 특수교육이 필요한 유아가 유치원에서 교육을 받으려는 경우에는 따로 입학절차ㆍ교육과정 등을 마련하는 등 유치원과의 통합교육 실시에 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.24>
