Early Childhood Education Act, Article 25 (Kindergarten Fees)

①유치원의 설립ㆍ경영자는 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수업료 등의 교육비용과 그 밖의 납부금(이하 "유치원 원비"라 한다)을 받을 수 있다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 유치원 원비를 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.24, 2013.3.23, 2015.3.27>

③ 각 유치원은 유치원 원비의 인상률이 직전 3개 연도 평균 소비자 물가상승률을 초과하게 하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2015.3.27>

④ 제3항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 교육부장관이 정하는 기준에 해당하는 국립유치원은 제5조제1항에 따른 중앙유아교육위원회의 심의를, 교육감이 정하는 기준에 해당하는 공ㆍ사립유치원은 같은 항에 따른 시ㆍ도 유아교육위원회의 심의를 각각 거쳐 직전 3개 연도 평균 소비자 물가상승률을 초과하여 유치원 원비를 받을 수 있다. <신설 2015.3.27>
