유아교육법 제30조의2(위반사실의 공표)

① 관할청은 제28조제1항, 제30조 및 제32조에 따른 조치를 한 경우 그 위반행위, 처분 내용, 해당 유치원의 명칭 및 그 밖에 다른 유치원과의 구별이 필요한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 제28조제1항에 따른 처분의 경우에는 교육부령으로 정하는 금액 이상인 경우에 한정하여 공표한다.

② 관할청은 제1항에 따른 공표를 실시하기 전에 공표대상자에게 그 사실을 통지하여 소명자료를 제출하거나 출석하여 의견진술을 할 수 있는 기회를 부여하여야 한다.
