인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법 제30조(인공지능 안전성ㆍ신뢰성 검ㆍ인증등 지원)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 단체등이 인공지능의 안전성ㆍ신뢰성 확보를 위하여 자율적으로 추진하는 검증ㆍ인증 활동(이하 "검ㆍ인증등"이라 한다)을 지원하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 추진할 수 있다.

(1) To투 support서포트 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 and앤드 certification서터^f퍼케이션 activities액티^v버티즈 that^ð댓 organizations,오거너제이션즈 etc.엣세터^r러 carry캐^r리 out아웃 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 to투 ensure엔슈어 the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 and앤드 reliability^r릴라이어빌러티 of어^v브 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "inspection,인스펙션 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 etc."),엣세터^r러 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 may메이 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 검ㆍ인증등을 받고자 하는 중소기업등에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관련 정보를 제공하거나 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.

③ 인공지능사업자가 고영향 인공지능을 제공하는 경우 사전에 검ㆍ인증등을 받도록 노력하여야 한다.

④ 국가기관등이 고영향 인공지능을 이용하려는 경우에는 검ㆍ인증등을 받은 인공지능에 기반한 제품 또는 서비스를 우선적으로 고려하여야 한다.
