자동차관리법 제67조(사업자단체의 설립)

① 자동차관리사업자는 자동차관리사업의 건전한 발전과 질서 확립을 도모하기 위하여 필요하면 국토교통부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 인가를 받아 국토교통부령으로 정하는 구분에 따른 자동차관리사업자로 구성하는 조합 또는 협회(이하 "조합등"이라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 조합등은 법인으로 한다.

(2) An앤 association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 조합등을 설립하려면 그 조합등의 조합원 또는 회원이 될 자격이 있는 자의 5분의 1 이상이 발기(發起)하고 조합원 또는 회원이 될 자격이 있는 자의 3분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 창립총회에서 정관을 작성한 후 인가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2012.1.17>

(4) An앤 association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 affairs:어^f페어즈

⑤ 조합등의 정관 또는 지도ㆍ감독 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령 또는 조례로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(5) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 of,어^v브 or오 the^ð더 guidance가이든스 and앤드 supervision,수퍼^v비전 etc.엣세터^r러 of,어^v브 associations,어소우시에이션즈 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 or오 by바이 ordinance.오더넌스

⑥ 조합등에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
