자동차관리법 제68조의23(공제조합 임직원에 대한 제재 등)

국토교통부장관은 공제조합의 임직원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 공제사업 등을 건전하게 운영하지 못하거나 자동차 매수인 등의 권익을 침해할 우려가 있다고 인정하면 임직원에 대한 징계ㆍ해임을 요구하거나 해당 위반행위를 시정하도록 명할 수 있다.
