자동차손해배상 보장법 시행령 제33조의10(기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사무의 위탁)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제39조의13제2항에 따라 법 제39조의11에 따른 자동차사고 피해지원기금(이하 "피해지원기금"이라 한다)의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사무 중 다음 각 호의 사무를 자동차손해배상진흥원에 위탁한다. <개정 2022.1.25>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 entrust엔트^r러스트 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 affairs,어^f페어즈 among어멍 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Victim^v빅텀 Support서포트 Fund^f펀드 under언더 Article아터클 39-11 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Victim^v빅텀 Support서포트 Fund"),^f펀드 to투 the^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Institute인스터툿 under언더 Article아터클 39-13 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act:액트

② 제1항에 따라 피해지원기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사무를 위탁받은 자동차손해배상진흥원은 피해지원기금을 다른 회계와 구분하여 회계처리해야 한다. <개정 2022.1.25>
