자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제90조(집합투자재산에 관한 보고 등)

① 집합투자업자(투자신탁이나 투자익명조합의 집합투자업자에 한한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 집합투자재산에 관한 매 분기의 영업보고서를 작성하여 매 분기 종료 후 2개월 이내에 금융위원회 및 협회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.2.3>

② 집합투자업자는 집합투자기구에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 발생한 경우 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 2개월 이내에 제239조에 따른 결산서류를 금융위원회 및 협회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

③ 금융위원회 및 협회는 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 제출받은 서류를 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

④ 협회는 대통령령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 각 집합투자재산의 순자산가치의 변동명세가 포함된 운용실적을 비교하여 그 결과를 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공시하여야 한다.
