자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제12조(표준용기의 지정 및 사용 등록)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제15조의2제2항에 따른 표준용기(이하 "표준용기"라 한다)를 지정하는 경우에는 표준용기의 사용대상 제품, 용량ㆍ색상ㆍ모양 등 규격 및 사용 시 준수사항 등을 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 법 제15조의2제2항에 따라 표준용기의 사용을 등록하려는 자는 별지 제8호의2서식의 표준용기 사용등록 신청서를 법 제15조의6에 따른 자원순환보증금관리센터(이하 "자원순환보증금관리센터"라 한다)에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2022.7.1>

③ 제2항에 따른 표준용기 사용등록 신청을 받은 자원순환보증금관리센터는 표준용기 사용등록 신청이 적정한지를 검토하여 그 결과를 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2022.7.1, 2025.10.1>

④ 제3항에 따른 보고를 받은 기후에너지환경부장관은 표준용기 사용등록 여부를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
