Act on the Promotion of Magazines and Other Periodicals, Article 25 (Cancellation by Authority)

등록ㆍ신고관청은 정기간행물등록ㆍ신고자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 해당 정기간행물의 등록 또는 신고를 취소할 수 있다.
