장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 제18조(시설물 접근ㆍ이용의 차별금지)

①시설물의 소유ㆍ관리자는 장애인이 당해 시설물을 접근ㆍ이용하거나 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제1호에 따른 재난이나 그 밖의 각종 사고 등 비상시 대피함에 있어서 장애인을 제한ㆍ배제ㆍ분리ㆍ거부하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2025.11.11>

②시설물의 소유ㆍ관리자는 보조견 및 장애인보조기구 등을 시설물에 들여오거나 시설물에서 사용하는 것을 제한ㆍ배제ㆍ분리ㆍ거부하여서는 아니 된다.

③시설물의 소유ㆍ관리자는 장애인이 당해 시설물을 접근ㆍ이용하거나 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제1호에 따른 재난이나 그 밖의 각종 사고 등 비상시 대피함에 있어서 피난 및 대피시설의 설치 등 정당한 편의의 제공을 정당한 사유 없이 거부하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2025.11.11>

④제3항을 적용함에 있어서 그 적용을 받는 시설물의 단계적 범위 및 정당한 편의의 내용 등 필요한 사항은 관계 법령 등에 규정한 내용을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정한다.
