재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제23조(집행계획)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제22조제5항에 따라 통보받은 국가안전관리기본계획에 따라 매년 그 소관 업무에 관한 집행계획을 작성하여 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 확정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.8.6, 2017.1.17, 2024.1.16, 2025.4.1>

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 확정된 집행계획을 행정안전부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 제3조제5호나목에 따른 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 각각 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.1.17, 2017.7.26>

③ 제3조제5호나목에 따른 재난관리책임기관(「지방공기업법」 제3조제1항에 따른 지방공기업 등 대통령령으로 정하는 재난관리책임기관은 제외한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)의 장은 제2항에 따라 통보받은 집행계획에 따라 매년 세부집행계획을 작성하여 관할 시ㆍ도지사와 협의한 후 소속 중앙행정기관의 장의 승인을 받아 이를 확정하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 재난관리책임기관의 장이 공공기관이나 공공단체의 장인 경우에는 그 내용을 지부 등 지방조직에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2017.1.17, 2024.1.16, 2025.4.1>
