재외국민의 교육지원 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제37조(국내 교육과정 등)

①교육부장관은 법 제36조제1항에 따라 재외국민을 위한 국내 교육과정(이하 "교육과정"이라 한다)을 국립국제교육원에 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2008.3.4, 2008.7.11, 2009.5.8, 2013.3.23>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 may메이 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 operate아퍼^r레잇 domestic더메스틱 curricula커^r리큘라 for^f포 overseas오우^v버시즈 Korean코^r리언 nationals내셔늘즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "curricula")커^r리큘라 at앳 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Institute인스터툿 for^f포 International인터내셔늘 Education에저케이션 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 36 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트

②제1항에 따른 교육과정은 다음 각 호와 같다.

(2) The^ð더 curricula커^r리큘라 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 as애즈 follows:^f팔로즈

③국립국제교육원장은 교육부장관의 승인을 받아 제2항 각 호의 교육과정 외에 필요한 교육과정을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2008.3.4, 2008.7.11, 2009.5.8, 2013.3.23>

④국립국제교육원장은 제2항 각 호의 교육과정에 국어ㆍ국사 및 우리나라의 전통문화 등 모국을 이해할 수 있는 교과목을 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2008.7.11, 2009.5.8>

⑤국립국제교육원장은 교육과정 운영의 일부를 국내의 교육기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.7.11, 2009.5.8>

(5) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Institute인스터툿 for^f포 International인터내셔늘 Education에저케이션 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 curricula커^r리큘라 to투 domestic더메스틱 educational에저케이셔늘 institutions.인스티투션즈

⑥국립국제교육원장(제5항에 따라 교육과정 운영을 위탁한 경우에는 그 위탁받은 교육기관의 장을 말한다)은 제2항 각 호의 교육과정을 마친 자에게 수료증을 주어야 한다. <개정 2008.7.11, 2009.5.8>
