재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(협회의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 협회의 임원은 회장, 부회장, 이사 및 감사로 하되, 감사는 회장, 부회장 또는 이사와 상호 겸직할 수 없다.

② 협회 임원 총수는 회장 1인을 포함하여 30명 이내로 하되, 부회장은 5인 이내로, 감사는 2인 이내로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 30, including인클루딩 one원 president,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 vice^v바이스 presidents프^r레저덴츠 shall섈 be비 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 and앤드 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 auditors아더터즈 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 two.투

③ 회장과 감사는 총회에서 선출하고, 그 밖의 임원은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 선출한다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 and앤드 other어^ð더 officers오^f퍼서즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 as애즈 determined디터먼드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④ 협회 임원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 부회장, 이사 및 감사의 경우 한 차례 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 보궐임원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð디 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 a어 vice^v바이스 president,프^r레저덴트 director,더^r렉터 or오 auditor오디터 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 once:원스 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 substitute서브스터툿 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀
