저작권법 제67조(동일성유지권)

실연자는 그의 실연의 내용과 형식의 동일성을 유지할 권리를 가진다. 다만, 실연의 성질이나 그 이용의 목적 및 형태 등에 비추어 부득이하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다.
