전기사업법 제23조(금지행위에 대한 조치)

① 허가권자는 전기사업자등이 제21조제1항에 따른 금지행위를 한 것으로 인정하는 경우에는 전기위원회의 심의를 거쳐 전기사업자에게 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 조치를 명하거나 금지행위에 관여한 임직원의 징계를 요구할 수 있다. 다만, 전기신사업자와 허가권자가 시ㆍ도지사인 전기사업자의 경우에는 전기위원회의 심의를 거치지 아니한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.1.27, 2018.6.12, 2020.2.18>

② 제1항에 따라 허가권자의 명령을 받은 전기사업자등은 허가권자가 정한 기간에 이를 이행하여야 한다. 다만, 허가권자는 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 전기사업자등이 그 기간에 명령을 이행할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 이행기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.12, 2020.2.18>
