전기사업법 제72조(설비의 이설 등)

① 전기사업용전기설비 또는 자가용전기설비와 다른 자의 전기설비나 그 밖의 물건 또는 다른 사업 간에 상호 장애가 발생하거나 발생할 우려가 있는 경우에는 후에 그 원인을 제공한 자가 그 장애를 제거하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 하거나 그 조치에 드는 비용을 부담하여야 한다. <개정 2011.3.30>

② 전기사업용전기설비가 다른 자가 설치하거나 설치하려는 지상물 또는 그 밖의 물건으로 인하여 기술기준에 적합하지 아니하게 되거나 아니하게 될 우려가 있는 경우 그 지상물 또는 그 밖의 물건을 설치하거나 설치하려는 자는 그 전기사업용전기설비가 기술기준에 적합하도록 하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 하거나 전기사업자로 하여금 필요한 조치를 할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.30>

③ 전기사업자는 제2항에 따른 요구를 받은 경우 그 조치를 위한 이설부지(移設敷地) 확보가 불가능하거나 기술기준에 적합하도록 할 수 없는 등 업무를 수행함에 있어서나 기술적으로 곤란한 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우를 제외하고는 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

④ 제2항과 제3항에 따른 조치에 필요한 비용은 지상물 또는 그 밖의 물건을 설치하거나 설치하려는 자가 부담하여야 한다. 다만, 제89조에 따라 다른 자의 토지의 지상 또는 지하 공간에 전선로를 설치한 후 그 토지의 소유자 또는 점유자가 그 토지에 지상물 또는 그 밖의 물건을 설치하거나 설치하려는 경우에는 그 전선로의 이설계획 및 경과연도 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 이설비용을 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.30>
