전기통신사업법 제22조의4(요금신고가 필요한 부가통신서비스)

① 전기통신사업자가 제2조제14호나목의 부가통신서비스를 제공하는 경우에는 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 해당 서비스의 요금을 신고(변경신고를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)하여야 한다. 다만, 해당 부가통신서비스 매출액이 시장상황, 시장점유율 등을 고려하여 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하여 고시하는 금액 미만인 전기통신사업자는 제외한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2020.6.9>

② 전기통신사업자는 제1항에 따라 신고한 내용을 공개하여야 한다.
