전기통신사업법 제32조의10(기간통신사업자의 서비스 안정성 확보 등)

① 기간통신사업자는 이용자에게 전기통신설비 관리를 포함하여 전기통신역무(이하 "전기통신역무등"이라 한다)를 편리하고 안정적으로 제공하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

② 전년도 전기통신역무 매출액, 가입자 수, 회선 수 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 기간통신사업자는 전기통신역무등을 제공하기 위하여 취약점 분석ㆍ평가, 핵심설비 관리 및 모니터링, 트래픽 분산 대책 등 기술적ㆍ관리적 조치를 제61조에 따른 기술기준에 적합하게 취하여야 한다.

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제2항에 따른 기간통신사업자에게 기술적ㆍ관리적 조치 이행실적을 제출하게 할 수 있다.

④ 제2항에 따른 기간통신사업자는 매년 자신이 제공하는 전기통신역무등의 안정성에 관하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 보고서를 작성하고, 이를 공개하여야 한다.

⑤ 제3항에 따른 이행실적 제출 및 제4항에 따른 전기통신역무등의 안정성에 관한 보고서 작성 및 공개 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
