전기통신사업법 제32조의9(경제상의 이익 제공)

① 기간통신사업자는 이용자에게 전기통신서비스 이용에 따라 적립되는 경제상의 이익을 제공하는 때에는 경제상의 이익의 사용범위, 유효기간, 이용방법 등을 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 기간통신사업자는 이용자가 제1항에 따른 경제상의 이익을 사용할 수 있도록 이용자에게 경제상의 이익의 적립 현황 등을 알려야 한다.
