전기통신사업법 시행령 제29조(부가통신사업의 신고절차 등)

① 법 제22조제1항 전단에 따라 부가통신사업을 신고하려는 자는 부가통신사업 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)와 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 법 제22조제2항에 따라 특수한 유형의 부가통신사업을 등록하려는 자는 특수한 유형의 부가통신사업자 등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)와 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에 따른 신고 또는 제2항에 따른 등록신청을 받은 과학기술정보통신부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서 또는 사업자등록증명을 확인해야 한다. 다만, 신고인 또는 신청인이 사업자등록증명의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하게 해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2024.4.23>

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 부가통신사업 신고서 또는 제2항에 따른 특수한 유형의 부가통신사업자 등록신청서의 기재 사항에 흠이 있거나 첨부서류가 미비한 경우에는 10일 이내의 기간을 정하여 신고인 또는 신청인에게 그 보완을 요구할 수 있으며, 신고인 또는 신청인이 신청한 경우에는 보완기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

⑥ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제2항에 따른 등록신청을 받았을 때에는 제9항에 따른 등록 요건을 갖추었는지를 확인한 후 다음 각 호의 사항을 특수한 유형의 부가통신사업자 등록대장에 적고 특수한 유형의 부가통신사업자 등록증을 신청일부터 30일 이내에 그 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

⑦ 부가통신사업자는 제5항에 따라 발급받은 신고증명서 또는 제6항에 따라 발급받은 등록증을 잃어버리거나 헐어 못 쓰게 된 경우에는 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 재발급을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
