전기통신사업법 시행령 제9조(기간통신사업의 신고)

① 법 제6조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 자신의 상품 또는 용역을 제공하면서 부수적으로 기간통신역무를 이용하는 경우는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 경우로 한다.

② 법 제6조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 기간통신사업을 신고하려는 자는 기간통신사업 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 제1항에 따른 요건을 갖추었는지를 확인할 수 있는 설명서(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제2항에 따른 신고서의 기재사항에 흠이 있거나 첨부서류가 미비한 경우에는 10일 이내의 기간을 정하여 신고인에게 그 보완을 요구할 수 있으며, 신고인이 신청한 경우에는 보완기간을 연장할 수 있다.
