① 공인전자문서센터에 보관된 전자문서는 보관기간에는 그 내용이 변경되지 아니한 것으로 추정한다.

② 공인전자문서센터가 해당 공인전자문서센터에 보관된 전자문서의 보관 사실, 작성자, 수신자 및 송신ㆍ수신 일시 등에 관한 사항에 대한 증명서를 대통령령으로 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 발급한 경우에 그 증명서에 적힌 사항은 진정한 것으로 추정한다.
