전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제9조(배송사업자 등의 협력)

① 전자상거래나 통신판매에 따라 재화등을 배송[「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호의 정보통신망(이하 "정보통신망"이라 한다)을 통한 전송을 포함한다]하는 사업자는 배송 사고나 배송 장애 등으로 분쟁이 발생하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 분쟁의 해결에 협조하여야 한다.

② 호스팅서비스(사업자가 전자상거래를 할 수 있도록 사이버몰 구축 및 서버 관리 등을 하여주는 서비스를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 제공하는 자는 사업자와 호스팅서비스에 관한 이용계약을 체결하는 경우 사업자의 신원을 확인하기 위한 조치를 취하여야 한다.

③ 사업자와 소비자 사이에 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 호스팅서비스를 제공하는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자의 요청에 따라 사업자의 신원정보 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자료를 제공함으로써 그 분쟁의 해결에 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.29>
