Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Government Act, Article 73 (Registration of Audit Corporations, etc.)

① 법 제58조제1항에 따라 등록하려는 법인은 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖추어 행정안전부장관에게 감리법인 등록신청서를 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 요건을 갖추었음을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2024.12.31>

⑥ 행정안전부장관은 제1항에 따른 감리법인의 등록신청을 받았을 때에는 그 법인이 제1항 각 호의 등록요건을 모두 갖추었다고 인정하는 경우에는 감리법인등록부에 기록하고, 신청인에게 감리법인등록증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
