전통사찰의 보존 및 지원에 관한 법률 제7조(전통사찰보존위원회)
Act on the Preservation and Support of Traditional Temples, Article 7 (Traditional Temple Preservation Committee)
①전통사찰 보존에 대한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ도지사 소속으로 전통사찰보존위원회를 둔다. <개정 2012.2.17>
(1) A Traditional Temple Preservation Committee shall be established under the Mayor/Do Governor to deliberate on the following matters concerning the preservation of traditional temples:
1. 제5조제1항에 따른 전통사찰 지정의 해제 신청
1. An application for cancellation of designation of a traditional temple under Article 5 (1);
2. 제6조에 따른 전통사찰보존구역의 지정과 변경 및 해제
2. Designation, change, and cancellation of traditional temple preservation zones under Article 6;
3. 제10조에 따른 전통사찰 역사문화보존구역의 지정과 변경ㆍ해제 및 사업계획의 조정ㆍ보완의 권고
3. Designation, change, and cancellation of traditional temple historical and cultural preservation zones under Article 10 and recommendations to adjust or supplement project plans;
4. 그 밖에 전통사찰의 보존에 관한 사항으로서 위원장이 회의에 부치는 사항
4. Other matters concerning the preservation of traditional temples that the chairperson refers to a meeting.
②전통사찰보존위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선하며, 위원은 역사ㆍ전통문화ㆍ전통사찰ㆍ문화유산 등에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 전문가 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 위촉한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
(2) The Traditional Temple Preservation Committee is composed of no more than nine members, including one chairperson. The chairperson is elected from among the members, and the members are commissioned by the Mayor/Do Governor from among experts with abundant knowledge and experience in history, traditional culture, traditional temples, cultural heritage, etc.
③전통사찰보존위원회 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
(3) Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Traditional Temple Preservation Committee are prescribed by Presidential Decree.
