전파법 제22조의2(무선국 개설신고 등의 절차)

① 제19조의2제1항 전단에 따라 무선국 개설신고를 하려는 자는 무선국을 개설하기 전까지 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. 제19조의2제1항 후단에 따라 신고한 사항을 변경하기 위한 신고(이하 "변경신고"라 한다)를 하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 report^r리포트 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 radio^r레이디오우 station스테이션 under언더 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 sentence센튼스 of어^v브 Article아터클 19-2 (1) shall섈 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 before비^f포 establishing이스태블리슁 the^ð더 radio^r레이디오우 station.스테이션 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 a어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 make메이크 a어 report^r리포트 to투 change체인지 matters매터즈 reported^r리포티드 under언더 the^ð더 latter래터 part파트 of어^v브 Article아터클 19-2 (1) (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "report^r리포트 of어^v브 change").체인지

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따라 개설신고를 받거나 변경신고를 받은 경우에는 무선국 신고증명서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
