전파법 제25조의2(무선국의 폐지 및 운용 휴지)

① 시설자가 무선국을 폐지하려고 하거나 무선국의 운용을 1개월 이상 휴지하려는 경우 또는 1개월 이상 운용을 휴지한 무선국을 재운용하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 지상파방송사업을 위한 방송국 시설자의 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 방송통신위원회에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 시설자가 무선국의 폐지를 신고한 때에는 그 허가 또는 개설신고에 따른 효력은 소멸된다.
