정보통신공사업법 제23조(공사업자의 신고의무)

Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 23 (Duty of Report by Works Business Operators)

① 공사업자는 상호, 명칭 또는 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고(「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망을 이용한 신고를 포함한다. 이하 제2항에서 같다)하여야 한다.

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 시ㆍ도지사에게 공사업의 폐업을 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 공사업자가 「부가가치세법」 제8조제8항에 따라 관할 세무서장에게 폐업신고를 하거나 같은 조 제9항에 따라 관할 세무서장이 사업자등록을 말소한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2015.12.22, 2018.12.31, 2020.12.22>
