정보통신기반 보호법 제3조(정보통신기반보호위원회)

①제8조에 따라 지정된 주요정보통신기반시설(이하 "주요정보통신기반시설"이라 한다)의 보호에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국무총리 소속하에 정보통신기반보호위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2020.6.9>

(1) An앤 Information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister미너스터 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 critical크^r리티클 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 Article아터클 8 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "critical크^r리티클 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 infrastructure").인^f프^r러스트^r럭처

②위원회의 위원은 위원장 1인을 포함한 25인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 25 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③위원회의 위원장은 국무조정실장이 되고, 위원회의 위원은 대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관의 차관급 공무원과 위원장이 위촉하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2007.12.21, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 for^f포 Government거^v버먼트 Policy팔러시 Coordination코오더네이션 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 vice-minister-level^v바이스-미너스터-레^v블 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree디크^r리 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④위원회의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 위원회에 공공분야와 민간분야를 각각 담당하는 실무위원회를 둔다. <개정 2007.12.21>

⑤위원회 및 실무위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
